20 Years ago, I left the world wide web. I have returned.
When I left, I was very hopeful that the web would empower people like never before. Two decades later, it’s filled with AI generated content along with AI bots commenting on the AI bot content.
Why did I return? Because I wanted to. Instead of feeding the world with more AI bloat, I figured I would start creating plain and simple human created content. It wouldn’t be the shiny plastic wording that does its best to remove all references to individuals and self, but lumpy, flawed text from a much older human being with a little more perspective regarding this spinning ball of glorious imperfection and nonsense.
I will be learning to navigate this new method of communication with my fellow flawed humans and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. That being said, I shall end this entry with an old motto:
